We are currently looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our Corporate Real Estate team at our Sydney Head Office for a period of 12 months fixed term contract on a full time basis. This is a maternity leave cover contract. This role is an integral position for the team and the bank as you will primarily be responsible for providing broad coordination across an ABW environment, monitoring and managing workplaces with change, space utilisation and agile working practices, workplace inspections, onsite mail and facilities related activities like security. You will also be a key point of communication working with the Workplace Manager on both formal and informal communication.
This role would suit you if you have worked in facilities in a prior role, preferably onsite and you have sound technical experience applying ABW methodologies. Ideally you have worked supporting both technology and property and any experience working within financial services will be highly regarded. You pride yourself on your organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks at any ones time. Both your verbal and written communication skills are second to none and this ensures you continually deliver high levels of customer service.
