The Technical lead will work with business and IT stakeholders to help formulate strategy for the design, maintenance and ongoing delivery of enterprise applications. They will coordinate the upgrade of enterprise applications with IT teams and business stakeholders to provision the upgrade on-premise, or to transition to cloud-based SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather information from the business stakeholders to understand their current and potential requirements
  • Assist with developing the strategy for SharePoint and Web development
  • Provide advice and technology solutions to support the Bank's business and enterprise architecture
  • Create processes, security measures, standards and best practices
  • Contribute to the selection of system architecture components
  • Evaluate and undertake impact analysis on major design options and assess associated risks
  • Undertake relevant research including the evaluation of new software, tools and techniques

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • Knowledge of .NET framework, architecture and design standards.
  • Knowledge of web technologies and web development methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of development practices across multiple platforms
  • Ability to articulate technology benefit in terms of business functions
  • Experience with different development platforms including SharePoint
