We are seeking a highly motivated Analysis and Improvement Specialist to join our team.

Reporting to the Lead A&I, you will be a skilled communicator with advanced interpersonal skills and experience in working with, and across, diverse teams and complex portfolios of work.  Incorporating project management and business analysis you will have an eye for identifying business value and for unlocking improvement opportunities. 

Providing you with exposure to all levels of the organisation, this role will see you perform an extremely diverse and challenging range of work across multiple functions and stakeholders.  You will also have access to excellent career opportunities as the nature of this role means you will work closely with senior leadership and will enable you to utilise your strategic thinking skills in a corporate environment.
Experienced working within complex, rapidly changing organisations and environments you will be an effective problem solver and compelling influencer, able to clearly communicate business benefits, mitigated risks and project dependencies throughout the change journey. While relevant Project Management and Change Management accreditations are well regarded, more importantly you will bring a strategically agile, outcomes focused approach with the ability to work with velocity and navigate delivery challenges with a continuous improvement mindset.   

Credible proactive and influential, your high level communication and engagement skills enable you to  build effective relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation and to promote ideas persuasively to transform the function to be continually the best in class. Your experience in rolling out business transformation with best practice change management and communication strategies will be complemented by strong financial acumen with the ability to quickly develop, value and scope a business case.
