About the role
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the position of Services Manager in Brisbane, QLD.
This position will initially be based in our Brisbane Head Office supporting our work winning team and then will convert into a Project role.
This is a permanent, full-time vacancy, which offers excellent career prospects with a privately-owned, people-oriented, tier 1 constructor, and an international engineering enterprise. Our region is growing, and this is a great opportunity to grow with us and be part of some exciting projects.
As Services Manager, you will be involved in the complete lifecycle of the project from tender submission, design phase, procurement of supply chain partners, construction and commissioning to final completion.
The role will encompass the management of the services components of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire and Vertical Transportation.
You will be required to manage design, liaise with local authorities, create trade package scope of works, provide input into the construction delivery and also be responsible for commissioning management and execution.
You will have
A relevant trade qualification or Engineering degree in a services discipline, extensive experience with Services/Utilities, strong delivery focus, and ideally 10+ years’ experience in delivering building or rail infrastructure projects. Experience in delivering defence projects would be beneficial.
