Our Retail Banking Services strategy team plays a key function across the Group and works closely within Customer Experience and Retail Strategy portfolio and provides strategic direction and insights to the Retail Bank, designs and delivers new capabilities and assets for the Group to enable us to better meet the needs, and drive a superior customer experience.
The Customer Experience and Retail Strategy work closely with Analytics, Productivity and Investment Prioritisation giving your role maximum exposure.
We are now growing the team and looking for Senior Strategy Managers to identifying and exploring opportunities for growth and improvement across Retail Banking Services. You’ll also supporting strategic initiatives, some of which are specific to Retail Banking Services whilst others will support other business units and the Group.

Our Senior Strategy Managers do not have direct reports, but you’ll be expected to assist in the development of others in the Strategy team more broadly.
Reporting into an Executive Manager, Strategy and Business Development you will oversees the development and refinement of the strategy by delivering major strategic projects and solving specific strategic business problems. In doing so, the Strategy team works with channel, product and support teams from across Retail Banking Services.
