About the role


Laing O'Rourke is recruiting for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join an exciting project in Sydney.


Key responsibilities


You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the Engineering and Systems team regarding the planning, collection, creation, receipt, capturing, organisation, use, dissemination, maintenance, protection, preservation and disposition of all project documents.


You will have


  • An intermediate level of experience in a Document Controller position having worked for construction contractor companies in Australia.
  • Advanced computer competencies in all Microsoft Packages and strong proven experience with Document Management systems, preferably Asite or Aconnex.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with a proactive adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and protect confidentiality whilst maintaining an approachable attitude and ability to liaise effectively within all levels of the site team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role.
