|Position Title:||Project Officer - ‘Looking Forward, Moving Forward’|
|Tenure:||12 months fixed term, full-time|
|Salary Range:||$78,754 - $83,639 (G06)|
|Description:||As Project Officer, you will support the implementation of the ‘Looking Forward, Moving Forward’ NHMRC research project by undertaking related research activities including Aboriginal community engagement and relationship management.
Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating relationships with key stakeholders including senior and executive staff, who are working together with local and regional Aboriginal communities, in particular Elders, to ensure the efficacy and sustainment of project outcomes/outputs.
Your ability to demonstrate initiative and develop strong strategic partnerships, as well as exceptional project and time management skills are imperative to your success in this position.
To be successful, you must demonstrate high-level interpersonal and communication skills along with demonstrated experience in coordination roles in health service or similar settings, supported by relevant education and/or training. The ability to coordinate research activities to produce reports and work within a team is essential.
