About the Role

The PMO Team Administrator will provide a high level of administrative support to all members of the ERP Program team in this 12 month contract. This varied administration role would suit a process orientated, confident, organised Team Administration/ EA who can support a busy IT Project team ensuring that the project requests are fulfilled to keep the programme on its critical path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Program control activities including PMO Processes and Tool support
  • Invoice and Purchase Order administration
  • Project resourcing onboarding and accommodation support
  • Coordination meetings and team events
  • Sharepoint management and administration
  • Coordination of catering
  • General administrative support

 

About You

  • Prior experience providing administrative support to a large team highly desirable
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • High level initiative and able to work autonomously
  • High level skills in MS Office suite of tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level skills in MS Office suite of tools
  • MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint and JIRA experience highly regarded
