To support the reorganisation of AustralianSuper’s Technology Services function, we are seeking an experienced People & Culture (P&C) Consultant who will partner with senior leaders to implement a series of initiatives aimed at achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. Reporting to the P&C Business Partnerships Manager, with a dotted line report to the GM Technology Services, this role will be critical to ensure that initiatives are prioritised in alignment with the organisation’s ability to absorb change to deliver sustainable transformation.
In this role, you will provide consulting advice to people leaders, and work at all levels across both P&C and Technology Services to support the implementation of all required changes.
You will possess significant experience in a generalist HR role within a technology business or business unit, and will have been actively involved in the successful implementation of organisational restructuring.
