Our group operates on a multi-disciplinary approach, combining the skills of advisors specialising in tax, accounting, law and economics. We are experiencing continued growth nationally, providing our multi-national clients with expert and robust transfer pricing solutions.
Our growth has created an opportunity for a high performing Manager or Senior Analyst who wants to play a key role in our growing national team.
About the role
As a Manager or Senior Analyst in the Global Transfer Pricing practice, you will be required to build strong relationships with our clients and work with them to articulate the economically significant aspects of their business operations. Our structure provides the opportunity to work closely with the Principal and Partners, providing advice and solutions on a variety of transactions.
Projects we undertake include tax reviews and audits, Advance Pricing Arrangements negotiations, transfer pricing planning and restructuring, pricing of debt and documentation work for all types of transactions - including tangible goods, intangible assets, loans and services.
Managing the delivery of projects
Preparing detailed financial benchmarking studies that support the application of various pricing methodologies
Compiling & reviewing detailed written reports including economic analysis of client industry, client functions and risks; research technical transfer pricing issues using tax regulatory and technical materials
Development and implementation of transfer pricing solutions
Providing advice to clients in relation to transfer pricing controversy issues and dealing with revenue authorities
Assisting in the negotiation of Advance Pricing Agreements with the tax authorities
Another important aspect of your role will require you to manage, mentor and develop junior staff.
You will already have a number of years Transfer Pricing related experience and a genuine love for your career. In return we can offer you the opportunity to work with a team who also love what they do and a large and challenging client base which will allow you to develop to your full potential.
Ideally you will have experience working with a team and managing junior staff; experience managing client relationships; possess strong skills in financial or statistical analysis, including understanding of accounting principles and interpretation of company accounts; superior written and verbal communication skills and researching abilities.
