Your role in the future:
This role will see you leading the People Analytics and Insights strategy while delivering ways of optimising processes and systems using data and technology. A major part of this role will be to understand insights for the programs of work across nbn's People and Culture team and contribute to influencing the quality of decisions for process owners. Reporting to the Manager People Contracts, Systems and Insights you will also be partnering with the Human Resources Information System team using agile methodology to deliver current and trending views on worker data. Overall, this role will see you being hands-on with analytics while being at ease presenting insights and strategy to various stakeholders.

A bit about you:
To achieve success in this role you will have commercial or consultancy experience complemented by tertiary qualifications in Business or Finance. Previous experience from working in a similar role in People Analytics and Insights will see you being able to share your expertise in system analysis. You will be familiar with using reporting tools and extracting detailed reports. It will be expected you are comfortable at converting data to a visual, understand graphic display, particularly PowerPoint. You're strong at communicating and can build credible business relationships with frontline and mid-senior stakeholders. Overall you will enjoy working with statistics and metrics and can generate data from various sources.
