About the Position
This position will provide strategic, tactical and operational leadership on industrial relation (IR) matters across our diverse portfolio. As a trusted advisor to the business you will develop and implement IR strategies, policies and systems that support business objectives and foster positive employee relationships.
Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, your knowledge and experience across all things IR will be highly valued as you support, coach and mentor the business to ensure the consistent application of IR practices and policies. Your remit will include EA negotiations, legislation changes, industrial tribunals and complex employee matters.
As an established IR Practitioner you will be experienced with developing and implementing IR strategies, policies and practices that align to business strategy.
You will be skilled in balancing both strategic and tactical activities and have an understanding of the government stakeholder environment. Your lateral thinking, negotiation ability and judgement will see you succeed in this role.
