Accenture’s Management Consulting professionals identify our clients’ most important IT issues through rigorous analysis, and develop multi-year transformation roadmaps to address these issues and maximize business value. We apply knowledge of IT standards and leading practices to define governance, organization structure and staffing, architecture and processes for managing portfolios of projects.

An IT Management Consulting professional within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business and IT problems for their area of responsibility, where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of a range of factors
  • Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach

  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals and tactical initiatives

  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to recommend methods and approaches on new assignments.

  • Is decisive when making recommendations on approach or strategic direction. Decisions have a major day-to-day impact on the area of responsibility.

  • Manages medium-large sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Qualifications

8 plus years experience with health consulting work, understanding of the health context is critical.
