We have an exciting opportunity for a Lessons Learnt Programmes Business Partner to join our People, Culture and Safety team!
Reporting to the Manager SHEQ & Wellbeing, you will be responsible for proactively pursuing opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives and providing commercially focused guidance, advice and recommendations to support Unitywater’s future strategic direction. You will apply your strong problem solving skills and analytical capabilities to make effective, data driven decisions relating to SHEQ programs, and develop reporting frameworks for SHEQ performance indicators.
Your ability to succeed in this role will be demonstrated by your past experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of business plans and systems driven by data and insights, along with your proven ability to positively influence strategic direction.
Your contribution to living Unitywater’s values of Reliability, Safety, Honesty & Integrity, Efficiency, One Team, Innovation, and the following attributes are your key qualities for success in this role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Safety or HR related disciplines;
- Significant experience in Human Resources or similar field, coupled with a focus on analytics, identification of trends and executive reporting that informs and drives decisions;
- Advanced problem solving, data analysis, project management and reporting skills;
- Strong understanding of cultural change management;
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship building skills;
- C Class drivers licence.
