The School of Pharmacy provides the only Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in Western Australia and delivers a Master of Pharmacy (Graduate Entry) degree. Both courses are fully accredited by the Australian Pharmacy Council.

The School of Pharmacy is seeking a Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Science and Biopharmaceutics to undertake a Teaching and Research Academic role. Your relevant academic and professional experience will enable you to contribute to the teaching of Formulation Sciences, Aseptic and Extemporaneous Compounding, and Biopharmaceutics to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The successful applicant will hold a Pharmacy degree registrable in Australia and a doctoral qualification in Pharmaceutical Science or Biopharmaceutics or a closely-related field. You will also be required to demonstrate attributes and commitment to a culture of professional integrity and excellence.

Applicants must provide evidence of a research track record consistent with the level of appointment and aligned to the School’s principal fields of research activity. The School’s expectations include involvement in the supervision of students’ research projects, commensurate with experience.

The position is based at the Bentley campus of Curtin University. The School of Pharmacy is based within a biomedical sciences precinct in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
