Digital is critical in the realisation of our customer first strategy and as such we're seeking Iteration Managers who will assume end to end responsibility for the delivery of a scrum team within Origin's Retail Digital IT team.
Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager your core responsibilities include:
- Help the team embrace Agile, scrum and Lean principles and practices
- Partner with stakeholders to address gaps in the agile/scrum framework
- Build and foster an environment for to enable innovation and experimentation
- Lead the team's efforts in relentless improvement and efficiencies
- Facilitate meetings, including stand-up, sprint planning, retrospective, PI planning, etc.
- Support and educate the Product Owner

Your ability to build effective relationships with business and technology stakeholders to promote SCRUM and agile values will see you deliver true value add to this team.
