BHP Coal Integrated Remote Operations Centre (IROC) is a new state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Brisbane, the IROC will deliver an advanced control room which will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As an IROC Controller you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the site based production teams to optimise safe production against operational plans. The role will test your ability to learn the agreed work processes, use operational control systems effectively and apply these skills to control activity. We will be looking for your ability to optimise performance in your day to day tasks, but also to think more broadly to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes. Your core accountabilities will include but are not limited to:
