As a professional within our Local Technology Services team, you will be part of a highly efficient support group whose responsibility it is to resolve customers’ technical issues and to help minimise the impact on their business. You will develop a career learning and using leading edge tools to figure out ways to resolve customer incidents and provide the critical solutions that improve their performance and deliver better outcomes for their consumers.

Our Local Technology Services team give technical on-site support to customers. Organisations trust in our team to help with the smooth running of their business by identifying, prioritising and resolving their technical issues. By using leading-edge tools, you will be part of a team of “fixers” who participate in both local and global projects. The scope of projects, exposure to customers and innovative technologies will provide an ideal platform to develop your IT career.
 

 

  • Use your skills as a Workstation Support technician to help transform how Accenture can deliver high performance
  • Demonstrate your excellent customer service skills supporting a diverse range of groups
  • Develop your technical skills by working with industry standard software such as Microsoft Windows 10, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems using platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Sharepoint and Onedrive
  • Build skills supporting collaborative systems including Cisco Video Conferencing, Microsoft Surface Hubs, Video Walls and Digital Signage.
  • Develop your communication skills by working closely with senior Accenture Leadership and key customer groups within the organisation
  • Work collaboratively with a small team of technicians
  • Develop your training skills via personalised consultations and in open classroom environments
  • Contribute to the knowledge capital of Local Technology Services
  • Build the social media presence of Local Technology Services and produce collaboration TouchCast videos
  • Challenge the status quo by bringing your energy and drive

Qualification:

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer support skills in an IT based Workstation support style role
