|Salary Range:||$98,744 - $105,304 (G08) plus 9.5 percent superannuation|

As an Information Security Specialist, you will play a key role in providing internal information security consulting and advice to the wider University Community. Your responsibilities and accountabilities will be ensuring Curtin stakeholders receive timely, reliable, risk-appropriate, and pragmatic information technology risk and security advice enabling enhanced risk-aware decision making.
Your excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate professionally with multiple stakeholders and business units will be crucial to our success in providing an important information security advisory service across the University’s operational environment.
To be successful, you will possess a demonstrated client service ethos, relevant tertiary qualification, and/or extensive relevant experience. Demonstrated experience with contemporary IT risk and security management principles, methodologies, and processes are essential.
|Benefits and Remuneration:||The salary ranges presented are those which are contained within the University's Enterprise Agreements; as are the employee benefits which include employer superannuation contribution at the rate of the current Government Superannuation Guarantee amount up to 17 percent, study assistance, a comprehensive salary packaging and wellness programs and flexible and family friendly work practices.|
