Your role in the future:
As Bid and Solution Development Executive for the Business Segment, you will play a key role in developing the Bid Management and the Solution Development strategy and functions within this team. Your team will support Retail Service Providers (RSP's) that are incorporating nbn products within their solution.
You can contribute to:
- Working with the relevant Engagement Consultants, RSP Account Managers and RSP/End Users
- Assembling a bid team and taking ownership of the end to end bid process
- Managing the bid strategy to support Retail Service Providers
- Commercial analysis and establishing vendor support contracts and commercial frameworks
- Presentation of bid strategy and response to senior management and board level where sign off and delegation require

A bit about you:
You will likely be an experienced Bid and Solution Development Executive with solid commercial/financial experience, including management of large value bids as well as business case preparation. You will be comfortable in your ability to present to the Board (C Level), and will preferably have experience within a large business orientated telecommunications company or ICT provider. It is preferable that you have experience in successfully driving cross-functional teams or directly managing large teams as well as coaching and mentoring direct reports. You are a passionate strategic thinker who enjoys delivering quality results. Furthermore, your proven expertise in negotiating, influencing and communicating with all levels of internal and external stakeholders will help you to succeed in this role.
