Here’s where you come in…
We currently have an exciting permanent opportunity for a professional, efficient and experienced Corporate Receptionist for our head office in Melbourne. As one of our Corporate Receptionists you will have oversight of our busy reception and will be the initial point of contact for all our clients and visitors. Reporting to the Property and Facilities Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the busy switchboard by receiving and responding to a high volume of calls
- Coordinating and managing meeting rooms, including catering requirements when necessary
- Ensuring the reception area is professionally and corporately presented at all times
- Ad-hoc executive support, where necessary
Possessing excellent communication and administrative skills, you will be a natural multi-tasker, who takes a proactive approach in all you do. Previous experience in a corporate receptionist or office management role is preferred. You will be intermediate with the Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel. A friendly, positive personality will ensure your success as the face of AustralianSuper.
