About the role

As a Manager in our Human Capital practice, you will ideally have 5+ years experience with some exposure to providing consultative services.

You will be working in multi-disciplinary teams in your chosen domains, bringing the very best of what our full service, market leading, global organisation has to offer.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to broaden your existing skills and knowledge and provide meaningful client outcomes. Strong external stakeholder management will ensure your success in this position. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who has worked across multiple business domains and has proven large organisation consulting experience in human resource transformation. A track record of delivery experience in a professional services context in the following areas is highly regarded:-

  • Workforce optimisation - including AI, analytics
  • HR Technology

  • Organisation design and implementation
