Due to an exciting growth and capability build phase, CMT is currently seeking experienced Process Improvement professionals to join our Management Consulting - Supply Chain & Operations team.

Key responsibilities (depending on level) may include:

  • Lead/involved in CMT Management Consulting – Business Improvement/Operational Excellence projects/engagements

  • Engage with Supply Chain & Operations leadership on business problems and collaborate to bring effective solutions

  • Translate client problems into business requirements that can be transitioned into delivery functions for execution

  • Facilitate application and tools assessment for Operational Excellence processes

  • Ability to plan, design and implement Process Improvement related strategies to drive business adoption

  • Develop articulate presentations that communicate proposals, strategies, plans and outcomes

  • Lead and manage high performing teams to deliver quality outcomes aligned to Time, Quality and Cost metrics

Professional experience & qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a management consulting and/or corporate/industry environment, with specific exposure to some of the following areas:

  • Business Improvement Consulting

  • Business Process Excellence

  • Process Mapping & Business Process Reengineering

  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Consulting

  • Operations Management

  • Knowledge and experience in business transformation using Lean methodologies and best practices

  • Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of client assignment

  • Possess commercial acumen with ability to tailor solutions to enhance effectiveness and to identify valuable client development opportunities

  • Strategic mindset, project management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Ability to develop, maintain and influence strong internal and client relationships

  • Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skill

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
