We have a fantastic opportunity for a Broker Assessor to join the team.  Due to increase in volumes we are looking for a Broker Assessor for our Perth Head Office.

In this role you will be responsible for providing timely, efficient and accurate retail lending. You will also will act as a liaison between BOQ and the Broker. The position entails processing incoming loan applications from Brokers for both new and existing customers.

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm and professional
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A professional manner is upheld at all times via telephone, mail, email, and fax.
  • Accurate and timely processing of all lending applications.
  • Accurate and timely assessing of document preparation relating to all lending applications.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide accurate and well-informed advice to customers on all products and services.
  • Conduct outbound calls as required.
