Brand Placement is a core pillar within the Accenture Australia and New Zealand Marketing function and includes the delivery of Accenture owned experiences, Events, Sponsorships/Partnerships and Advertising. We seek to identify the best third parties in the market with which to align our brand, create innovative partnerships, and deliver engaging customer experiences – to drive customer loyalty.
Reporting to the ANZ Brand Partnerships lead, the position will see you intimately involved in igniting our brand footprint with our clients and the ANZ market.
Correspond with third party organisations - from their first interaction with marketing, acquiring their proposition, evaluating its suitability to the brand alongside internal stakeholders, and onboarding successful partner
Implement and amplify the rights secured with third parties working with internal marketing channels such as digital, communications, recruitment marketing and employee engagement, to amplify brand placements
Activate our brands marquee partnerships with some of Australia’s leading sports and arts organisations; create programmes of activity that resinate with and excite our employees and clients
Pro-actively suggest and implement ways to integrate our business capabilities into brand partnerships - working with internal teams such as the Liquid Studio - within ANZ as well as reaching into the global network
Design, build and execute event and hospitality programmes to showcase campaigns, content and business leaders. Ensure relevant processes and policies along the way
Work with senior stakeholders - both internal and external - to generate client audiences and secure their attendance
Develop content such as film and digital assets, working with internal teams and agencies
Assist in the creation, placement and buying of advertising in Australia and New Zealand.
Track, record and report on all aspects of Brand Partnership delivery using online programmes
Challenge processes and implement ideas to streamline administration and increase your effectiveness – ensuring our team stays digitally relevant and innovative in our day-to-day delivery, as well as our client interactions

Qualifications and experience
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
A relevant tertiary qualification and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role;
Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, as is a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously;
Experience and an aptitude for events, thinking on your feet and problem solving
Experience managing senior stakeholders and third party organisations;
A strong attention to detail and written skills;
A strong commercial aptitude;
A willing to work outside of standard hours as required for client experience opportunities, and have the ability to travel.
