Basic Qualifications (must be specific and measurable)

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering or related degree.

  • Certifications in Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, or ITIL would be beneficial but not essential.

  • Adobe certification will also be highly regarded.

  • 5 plus years of strong experience in design and development using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL. Minimum NV 1 clearance, and able to upgrade to NV2.

Preferred Skills

As an AEM Specialist you’ll be ready to face clients and offer technical expertise at a project level. You’ll be forward-thinking and you’ll be ready to assist in development of standards, methodology and repeatable processes with other senior team members. Working closely with our clients, you will design, build and implement web based solutions with the AEM platform. You will be familiar with projects run within the Agile methodology and, as part of the role, convert business requirements into code, prove their work with appropriate testing, and provide ongoing support. Experience in various environment is highly regarded.

Professional Skill Requirements

Proven experience in Waterfall and/or Agile projects across any industry - but experience in Defence or the Federal Government would be an added bonus. Proven experience in complex ICT or innovation projects will be highly regarded. This role would be to develop, coach, mentor, quality review, set AEM direction, be involved in defining best practice and be hands on when required. You will also have experience in integrating Adobe with other vendor solutions.
