Your role in the future:
In this role you will be responsible for the Account Management and Relationship Management of a complex and large portfolio, your focus will be on market share growth and customer satisfaction. A bit about you:
You will likely have a proven track record in Account Management or Relationship Management gained within a medium to large enterprise environment. You will ideally have the ability to independently develop a 1-3 year Key Account Strategy and will be able to maintain effectiveness whilst adjusting to a changing customer and work environment. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work cross-functionally to negotiate and achieve business outcomes in a collaborative and supportive manner. Furthermore, you will be comfortable in your ability to effectively influence, negotiate and manage expectations across all management levels via your strong written & verbal communication skills. Your track record of building relationships, gaining credibility, influencing and partnering with business leaders across the organisation will help you to succeed.
