DCC Jobs – Working for Women

Regardless of whether it’s to ensure a more diverse workforce, or simply to attract the best job seekers, all employers understand the importance of attracting talented women into the organisation. But to do this, it’s not as easy as posting a generic job ad on a generic platform. More than ever, women are doing their research on employers, trying to gain a sense of what it’s
like to work for your company, engaging with social media and seeing how your policies and benefits stack up.

That’s where we come in.

DCC Jobs attracts talented women with a much higher success rate than traditional methods.

A recent survey showed:

of candidates are shortlisted

of candidates are hired

How do we do this?

DCC are experts at knowing what women want in the workplace and how you can stand out as an employer of choice.  It works a little like this:

Your Tick of Approval

We pre-screen your organisation on your policies and initiatives around supporting women. You either get the tick of approval (and can work with us), or we provide guidance on areas for improvement

Your Unique Endorsed Employer Page

We build you a fabulous page on the Best Employers section of our site, showcasing why you are a great place to work

Post a Job

You post job roles (we can also integrate with your ATS)

Attract and Retain Female Talent

Using our years of expertise and  data collected around how women engage with job ads and social media, we promote your company through digital channels, partner networks and our thriving female community

Flex Able Certification

At DCC we’re all about making it easy for female job seekers to identify the best places to work for women and evaluate companies before applying. Flex Able Certified Employers stand out by positioning themselves as providing a truly flexible environment. The Flex Able Certification is awarded to organisations after a careful examination of when, where and how the company's employees work to ensure flexible work options are a reality.

We’ve had tremendous results for organisations, in particularly in non-traditional industries who have been transparent about how they support women’s careers- the Flex Able Certification is for those who place a strong focus on flexibility in addition to being an employer of choice for women.
